Hello world !
I’m back online after some time and I have been seeing chartreuse everywhere I turn (that mixed yellow, green colour that’s super bright.) It’s a colour that was on trend earlier in the year and has stayed the course. I went searching for some chartreuse items to satisfy my cravings.
Marks and Spencer
I first noticed a chartreuse theme on the M&S AW23 range modelled by Sienna Miller. The Marks and Spencer collection had a range of wardrobe staples and eye-catching statement pieces. One of my favourites was this round-neck lime jumper. It’s textured and very soft to touch and can be styled in so many different ways. In the AW23 campaign it was styled with a matching midi skirt and black boots.
It’s a versatile piece for the Winter time which can be worn tucked into high-waisted jeans like I have, or worn with a midi skirt as per the campaign.
Dorothy Perkins
⠀
Another piece I chose for this style file was this lime green blazer from Dorothy Perkins. It’s a boyfriend style blazer with a relaxed fit; well fitting for the current womenswear trends.

The double-breasted blazer has slightly padded shoulders and is an oversized fit. I love the versatility of this and I styled mine with a black bodysuit from H&M which has quickly become one of my wardrobe staples. This is an eye-catching piece that can be worn to work or on a night out.
Anthropologie
It was love at first site for me and this textured maxi coat from Anthropologie.
Anthropologie is becoming one of my favourite shops, the retailer has a wide range of unique and sophisticated aparalel for women. The brand also showcases other brands which I wouldn’t normally come across.
It’s the perfect winter statement coat. The material is a wool-blend that manages to be both warm and light-weight. The bright chartreuse is a mix of being eye-catching, but not too bright to be able to mix and match with other items in your wardrobe.
The coat is a maxi length and has wide sleeves. It has a relaxed fit so you can add as many layers as you want for the cold weather. It’s a cosy coat, I felt like I could just wrap myself completely in it.
I styled this coat with a lace shirt from Zara and gold cross- hoop earrings from Accessorize.
